Returns and Refunds

At Krispino, your satisfaction is important to us. While we aim to deliver your favorite snacks in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occur. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Return
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preferences, or opened items. However, you may request a return or refund in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- The item was damaged during transit
- Your order is incomplete or missing items
Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@skpventures.in. Include the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
- We reserve the right to reject requests made after the 48-hour window.
Refund Process
Once we verify the issue, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Initiate a refund to your original payment method
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been packed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email with your order number.
- If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the claim window
Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved and required, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the item. Return shipping is free only for eligible damaged or incorrect orders.
