Refunds and Cancellation

1. Cancellation is allowed only before the dispatch of the products and full refund is processed within 7-10 days.
2. If the parcel is tempered or badly damaged, do not accept the parcel and report to customer support.  We will send the replacement parcel within 2 days.
3. Products are manufactured with high quality and hygiene environment.  Any concerns regarding the quality of the products keep it ready and our delivery partner will pickup the same.  We will send the replacement parcel within 2 days.
4. Any complaints about the product, please take pictures/make a video and send it us at marketing@skpventures.in
5. No refund will be processed if wrong or incomplete address or phone number is provided.
