Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped.
Delivery Timelines
- We currently deliver across most locations in India.
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier delays, or external factors such as weather or strikes.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.
Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
- Krispino is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, but we’ll help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
